It started in 2018, with one roaster and a big dream. We had no shop — just a small corner in a friend's carpentry workshop. We were roasting five kilos a week, sharing them with friends and neighbors. Everyone who tasted it back then said: "This is different coffee." That single phrase was enough to keep us going.
The years that followed, we devoted to learning. We traveled to Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia. We sat with farmers, tasted beans from highlands we'd never heard of. We learned that every coffee bean has a personality, every roast a mood — and that real craft is bringing out the best in the bean without overworking it.
Today, Finjan isn't just a coffee shop. We're a community: from farmers we know by name, to passionate roasters, to customers who became friends. We roast daily, design our experiences around your moment — because our story is only complete when your cup reaches your hands.
