These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of finjan.com and the services provided by Finjan ("we" or "the Company"). By using the site or placing an order, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the site. We explain everything frankly so our relationship is built on trust from the start.

By using our site, you confirm:

• You are 18 years or older, or you use the site under the supervision of a guardian.
• You use your real and accurate data.
• You use the site for personal lawful purposes only.
• You have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We allow you to use the site for lawful purposes only. You commit not to:

We do our utmost to display our products accurately:

• Flavor descriptions rely on our roasters' notes and may vary from person to person.
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices and products at any time without prior notice.
• If the displayed price differs from the actual price, we'll notify you before confirming the order.

When placing an order:

• The order is preliminary until we confirm it by phone or email.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order due to stock unavailability or other reasons, with notification to you.
• Available payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit card.
• Credit card payments are processed via a secure gateway outside our site.
• We do not store your credit card data on our servers.

Shipping operations are carried out according to our policy stated on the 'Shipping' page:

• Shipping durations are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number.
• If delivery fails due to an address error, you may bear the cost of re-shipping.
• Ownership of the product transfers to you upon receipt.

The returns policy outlined on the 'Returns' page applies. In short:

• Return window: 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Product must be sealed and unopened (except in quality cases).
• Order amount is refunded within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the product.
• Return shipping cost is on the customer (except in cases of damaged products).

All content on finjan.com — including the logo, design, images, texts, and product names — is exclusively owned by or licensed to Finjan.

• Copying or using any content without our prior written permission is prohibited.
• Sharing site links for personal non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• The 'Finjan' trademark and logo are legally protected.
• Any unauthorized use exposes the violator to legal prosecution.

By engaging in any interaction on the site, you commit to:

• Respect our staff and shipping representatives.
• Not posting hostile or discriminatory content on any communication channel.
• Provide accurate information when ordering or contacting.
• Not use our products for any commercial purpose without a formal agreement.

We always strive to provide the best service, but:

• We do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or technical errors.
• We are not responsible for any indirect loss due to use of the site.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns), services may be delayed.

You agree to indemnify Finjan, its employees, and partners from any claims or losses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the site or products.
• Your violation of third-party rights.
• Any content you publish or send through the site.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time without prior notice if:

• You violated any of these Terms.
• We suspected fraudulent activity.
• Legal authorities requested it.
• We stopped providing the service for any reason.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or our products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

We encourage resolving any dispute amicably before resorting to litigation.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the site after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
